This Publix store opened in 2000, and is a typical 44.1P model Publix from this era.
These 2000's Publix stores have the entrances and exits shaped like a diamond. You can see an example in the photo above.
Welcome to Publix #712!
The pharmacy is located after you enter through the main set of doors.
Located after the pharmacy is the store’s floral department.
The Publix Aprons counter was updated in 2019.
The deli department is located after the bakery to the right of aisle 1.

Aisle 2 in the store.
This aisle is split between groceries to the left, and dairy to the right. Dairy runs along the back side of aisles 3 through 12.
Aisle 5, home to canned products, soups, and utensils.
Aisle 7.
Aisle 8 is home to cookies/crackers, rice/beans, and magazines. You might notice the one way signage throughout the store, because this was taken 4 months after the COVID-19 pandemic started.
Aisle 10, without the one way aisles and signage in place.
Household supplies are located along aisle 11.
Here is another view of the aisle that separates dairy and groceries, although taken from the rear of aisle 12.
Snacks and beverages can be found on aisle 13. This is the last grocery aisle before frozen foods.
Aisle 14 is the first aisle to consist of frozen food products only. You can also see the meat and seafood counters at the end of this aisle.

Wine is located at the front end of aisles 14 to 16 in these 2000’s stores.
Aisle 15 is the second aisle in the frozen foods department.

Aisle 16 is home to a mixture of frozen foods and beer products.
And now to the front end, with a normal configuration of 6 regular checkouts and 2 express lanes.
Sometimes there can be a third express lane whenever the store manager decides to add an express lane sign on top of checkout 8.

Publix and Walmart are starting to implement one way aisles and signage to prevent getting the virus, and to reduce crowds at the aisles.

Another COVID-19 safety measure is including plastic shields in high-touch areas.
