SR 417: Central Florida GreeneWay/Seminole Expressway
Serving eastern Orlando, State Road 417 is also considered a bypass or connector through the counties of Osceola, Orange, and Seminole. The GreeneWay section of the 55-mile toll road provides access to Orlando International Airport (MCO), Lake Nona, and Union Park. The Seminole Expressway portion serves Oviedo, Sanford, Winter Springs, Lake Mary, and Lake Jesup.
SR 417 was constructed in phases between 1988 and 2002, the GreeneWay and Seminole Expressway are operated by CFX (Central Florida Expressway Authority) and FTE (Florida's Turnpike Enterprise). SR 417 (east) and SR 429 (west) are a part of the Orlando beltway system.
