Opened on October 31, 1996 as a replacement for store #51, which was a wing store Publix that existed from February 3, 1960 to January 1996.

Because this store attracts English and Spanish shoppers, Publix installed Spanish text on the bottom, making this a bilingual interior.

Located in a layout similar to the early 2000's Publix stores, is the floral department.

Produce is seen immediately after the store's deli prep area.

Aisles 2 to 11 have a higher ceiling over the grocery aisles. This is aisle 2.

Thank you for shopping at Publix and store #582!

Did you know that there are two entrance and exit signs in the store (one inside and one outside)?

  2. Publix #582 is an interesting one; likewise, I'm glad you liked my post on this store! It seems like you learned some helpful info that I dug up, considering you didn't have it on this post previously. It just seems like you might have missed one particular paragraph near the end of my tour . . .
