MEMORIAL HIGHWAY NORTH:


As described on the sign, keep right for SR 616 (Spruce Street) and TPA Air Cargo.

INDEPENDENCE PARKWAY WEST:


Now we are on the Independence Parkway, a short road that runs for 0.8 miles.

The intersection with Memorial Highway is the ending point of westbound Independence Parkway. Now let's go eastbound!


INDEPENDENCE PARKWAY EAST:


A ramp to Independence Parkway separates Memorial Highway, because there is Left Turn Only pavement on the other side of the road.


Now, we have exited the on-ramp. Speed limit is 45 mph maximum.


The same traffic light as before, only in the opposite direction. George Road runs for 2.02 miles from Paris Street to Dana Shores Drive.

Above this on-ramp is SR 589 South, looking from the southbound on-ramp to the Veterans Expressway. Signs for exit 2A and SR 60 to I-275 are visible.


The lane dividers separates the on-ramp and SR 589 South.


Due to the length of the merge, there is no access to the Courtney Campbell Causeway from this point forward. But for drivers who are already on the Veterans Expressway, this is the final opportunity for exit 2A. The right lane will end in 600 feet.


Use the right lane for exits 1A/1B, or the left 3 lanes for SR 60 to I-275. Speed limit is 50 mph.

Continuing on the three lane freeway, I-275 ramps begin here, as indicated by Exit.


Memorial Highway ends after you pass the ramps to I-275 North. I-275 takes you to Wesley Chapel (exit 59) or to the 75 apex.
